HeraldNet.com – McQuinn Naturopathic celebrates major clinic expansion by adding yoga and fitness instructors as well as acupuncturist, cooking classes and life coaching services.
We’ll be opening the doors to our newly expanded McQuinn Naturopathic Everett Wellness Center on September 20th. Come in and visit us to celebrate our Grand Opening between 4 and 8 pm. We’re excited to be able to be able to provide our clients with many new services including life coaching, personal training and cooking classes.
Our yoga instructor, Casey Stewart will be teaching yin, hatha, and power vinyasa yoga. She is dedicated to providing the highest levels of energy and creativity and has helped her clients work through a variety of physical and spiritual issues.
Laraine Coreilson will be offering cooking classes. She has more than ten years experience in catering, instructing and personal cuisine. She brings with her a strong understanding of healthy eating habits and expertise in the issues surrounding food allergies.
Our certified life coach, Valerie Kalmus was certified at the Light University and has membership with the International Christian Coaches Association and the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs. Committed to building strong relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their life goals, she specializes in relationship restoration and reconciliation, holistic wellness, and addictive behavior programs. Personal experience has helped Valerie develop her deep sense of empathy and is one of the driving forces behind her passion for encouraging clients and assisting them in reaching their goal destinations.
