Anna graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2014, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition Science with an emphasis in Dietetics and a minor in Psychology. Upon finishing her degree, she completed the Dietetic Internship through Utah State University (USU), where she gained 8 months of supervised practice in the Dietetic field. Most recently, she passed the national registration exam for Dietitians, becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Anna is most passionate about using nutrition as a therapeutic tool to prevent, treat and manage disease and health-related issues. She possesses a holistic approach to nutrition, recognizing the mental, psychological, social, and physiological factors that contribute to each individual’s needs. Anna loves to blend the art of counseling, science of nutrition, and structure of education to help her patients meet realistic and maintainable goals that build life-long healthy habits.
