Dr. Pinkleton is a primary care physician who specializes in chronic health conditions, mental illnesses, and preventative care. She utilizes botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle counseling as primary modalities in her practice. A passionate advocate for the body’s natural healing abilities, Dr. Pinkleton enjoys teaching her patients how to achieve and maintain optimal wellness and approaches each visit with enthusiasm and compassion.
Before moving to Washington state from Virginia, Dr. Pinkleton received a B.A. in Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University. Following that, she lived in the rural Virginia countryside working for an organic farm, interning with a local herbalist, and teaching yoga to the residents of her community. The moment she learned about naturopathic medicine she knew she had found her true calling. A few months later she packed up, moved across the States for medical school, and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Pinkleton is a graduate of Bastyr University, the top naturopathic medical school in the country. While there she received extensive extracurricular training in hydrotherapy and homeopathy. She has also accrued over 400 hours of intern/preceptorship training from elders of the naturopathic community and is a graduate of the New England School of Homeopathy.
Dr. Pinkleton looks forward to meeting you and helping you start your journey towards wellness.
