Migraines can be caused by any number of things.  One way to correlate your headaches with a possible cause is to track your Migraines each time they occur.  Migraines may be the result of a hormone imbalance – in this case they likely occur monthly or bi-monthly.  They may also be due to food allergens. This is why it’s key to track them along with factors like diet, water intake, sleep, and activity.  A few other common causes may be dehydration, lack of sleep, or tension in the shoulders and neck.
